Mr. T. Ramachandru joined Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in the year 1984. He took off as Principal Secretary, Industries Department, Government of Odisha on 18 Nov 2010. Prior to this, he was working as Secretary, Ministry Of Defence, Government of India. He plays a crucial role in leading the organization in this diversified business environment that demands quick decisions and fast delivery of results. He reviews all activities related to the growth and development of the investment and industrial climate of the state under the banner “Team Odisha” . He is also instrumental in forging trade relations with inland and foreign investors for giving them confidence of doing business in Odisha.

Mr. C.J. Venugopal, IAS assumed the charges of the Office of the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Industrial Promotion and Investment Corporation of Odisha Limited (IPICOL), Bhubaneswar on 05.07-2010.
As head of this State Level Nodal Agency (SLNA) & the Secretariat of “Team Odisha” his prime role aims at harmonizing the Investment Promotion initiatives for over all sustainable development of the State and proper canalization of investment proposals through Single Window system of project clearances/approvals by authorities. He is backed with rich experience in all key sectors like energy, industry, finance, mining & minerals and fisheries etc.
